We believe ABA providers should spend less time fighting preventable billing and documentation issues and more time focused on care. Claimo helps practices review session notes, treatment plans, claims, authorizations, and utilization together, so teams can see payer-facing risk before audits, clawbacks, canceled reauths, or terminated payer contracts.

Each billed line is checked against its supporting note, treatment plan context, authorization, and CPT rules so mismatches surface during billing review.
Authorization intelligence
Track utilization, expirations, and reauthorization readiness across clients, and see which billing patterns could draw insurer or government scrutiny.
Compliance risk visibility
Documentation gaps, cross-document mismatches, and practice-level trends roll into a Practice Risk Score so leadership sees where exposure sits.
Founders
Built close to the work.
Claimo started close to home. We watched a family-run ABA practice carry the weight of payer scrutiny firsthand: the reauth packets, the audit letters, the hours spent defending work that was done right. That experience is the reason this company exists.
We met at Cornell and built Claimo around BCBA-reviewed clinic documentation. The product is shaped by the paperwork practices actually produce.
That closeness is the point. Ethical practices are drowning in scrutiny they did nothing to cause. Claimo exists so the first time you hear about a documentation problem is from your own dashboard, not from a payer audit letter.
